Who we are:
Our team is made up of a group of active individuals, specializing in the Business to Business aspects of Sales, Marketing and Promotion of Action Sports Merchandise. Our focus is mainly on the Snowsport, Cycling and Action Sports Industries as this aligns most directly with our personal passion. Our agency has an extensive background in Eyewear, Footwear, Apparel, Cycling, Ski and Snowboard related items. Combined, we have over 35 years of experience as Outside Sales Reps and Industry Professionals. We focus on attracting product lines that have good people, processes and products with a solid reputation, creative outlook and high brand equity.
What we do:
The primary focus of our group is to provide class leading service via personal attention and the use of new technology coupled with traditional, time tested sales techniques to address the needs of our customers and vendors. We place the most equity in the relationships we foster with our customers and vendors and work to protect and build our reputation in every transaction. Increasing brand values to our customer yields more business…we feel it is just that simple! We are constantly working with our accounts to not only grow our sales, but to also grow and further understand the categories that we sell to raise the overall earnings potential of our accounts, Vendors and RecWare Northwest. We feel that becoming an authentic Category Professional and Manager increases our business and our value.

Sales - Principal
Mike has been in the Action Sports Industry for over 30 years. Since the age of 4 Mike has been riding everything that rolls or slides. Family is placed as a high priority and the next Walker generation is hard at work keeping up with dad. Years of experience has helped Mike gain a perspective as a business partner more than a Sales Rep and never forgets that every customer he works with built their business out of a passion for the sports they love. If asked why he continues to build his career around the Action Sports Industry, he will always say that he would be hard pressed to find another career in which he could earn a living while doing business with those that share his passion.
Sales Support
A participant of the Action Sports Life prior to her Marriage to Mike 24 years ago, Joy has an exuberance for almost everything that involves the outdoors. An avid Cyclist, Backpacker and Skier, Joy enjoys her time with her family and is thankful for her move to join the RecWare team. Joy also spends part of her time as a Nutritional Coach. Joy’s contributions to RecWare over the years have been instrumental in its growth and success and she will be the first to say that she is not sure why she did not do this sooner.
Sales - Western Washington, Alaska
Nick brings a great mood with him wherever he goes. With an extensive background in graphic design he looks at every encounter as a creative opportunity. Being in the outdoors with his wife is where Nick feels most at home. With over 15 years of industry experience ranging from production to wholesale and an upbringing in Alaska Nick brings plenty of experience and stories of adventures to the conversations . When not running around to see all of his dealers he likes to be on his bike around town or in the woods. Once the Snow falls Nick can be found on the local hills on his Snowboard. As his picture suggests he tries to take things as they come and have fun with it.

Greg has been an active participant in action sports from the time he could walk. Whether it’s surf, snow or dirt he thoroughly enjoys himself outdoors accompanied by friends, family, four legged creatures and loved ones. With an extensive background in cycling, Greg has traveled all over the world and competed against the best. These experiences have continuously driven his love and passion for competition and sport. Greg has worked in bike shops and participated and coached in cycling programs all over the country since he was 14. Even though cycling has been his bread and butter since the early days, Greg has a deep love for snow. Particularly, getting waist deep in powder or keeping it weird in the terrain park. He and his side kick's Max and Moby (his four legged pals) are always excited to make their rounds to his dealers for the last 5 years and share their love of outdoor recreation and the amazing products that make them possible!
